The Book of Air is the Sacred Book of Galecrest, bound to Millennium Loftwind. It is held in the floating city, which hangs in the sky on chains and comes down to the meadow only at the High Moon Festival.[1]
Its Ruler
Millennium is a dragon shifter, taking the form of a purple-scaled serpentine dragon whose scales catch the sunlight. She commands a Sacred Guard in grey cloaks and dragon-shaped masks, led by Ferhant.
Dragons

Galecrest's dragons ordinarily streak through the clouds in red, blue and green. They lost their fire when the Heart of the Book of Fire was stolen — a separate matter from the Dragon Cleansing later carried out by Obellius Kalaar, though the two are easily confused.[2]
