The Book of Water is the Sacred Book of Ovallia, bound to Lumikki Otsby. It is kept inside the Ovallia Lighthouse, the blue-ringed marble tower where Lumikki lives.[1]
Its Ruler
Lumikki's tie to the Book shows plainly in water: her eyes give off blue light beneath the surface, and her nostrils and ears close as she goes down.
At the close of Book 2 the sea itself heals her broken arm, after she splits Calamity in half with a shot of water at the Veskadoth port.[2]
Bearers
